Butyl Glycol Acetate is clear colorless liquid which serves as solvent for nitrocellulose lacquers & films. It has molecular formula C8H16O3 with molar mass of 160.21 g/mol. This compound has high boiling point of 192 degrees Celsius and shows low solubility in water. It has sweet fruity odor and shows density of 0.94 g/mL. Butyl Glycol Acetate offered by us also finds application in ink & spot removers and for preparation of polyvinyl acetate latex.
