Methyl Iso Butyl Ketone (MIBK) is colorless organic compound which finds application as solvent for paints, varnishes, & resins. It has molecular formula C6H12O with molar mass of 100.16 g/mol. This compound has pleasant odor and shows melting point range of 117 to 118 degrees Celsius. It is water soluble in nature and has density of 0.802 g/mL. Methyl Iso Butyl Ketone (MIBK) offered by us has an important role to play for extraction of precious metals like gold from cyanide solution.
