Dipropylene Glycol Mono Ether Acetate (DPMA) is one of the commonly used solvents for inks, coatings, paints, and cleaning agents. It has molecular formula C9H18O4 with molar mass of 190.2 g/mol. This chemical compound is highly pure in nature and assures superior effectiveness for the purpose it is being used. It appears as colorless to yellow colored liquid with flash point of about 86 degrees Celsius. Dipropylene Glycol Mono Ether Acetate (DPMA) also finds application in topical ointment having erythromycin for improving skin penetration.
